Ethiopian Longberry Harrar Horse Special (Medium/Dark and Bold)
This coffee is as intense as its name with aromas ranging from fruity and flowery enzymatics to exotic fresh leathers. Its flavor follows suit displaying a fruity earthiness with an immaculate aftertaste.

Kenya AA (Dark and Bold)
Kenya is a bright coffee that lights up the palate from front to back. Our Kenya is complex displaying fruit (berry, citrus) flavors that alternate with spice. Note the distinct "throaty" finish of the coffee that rises deep on the palate.

Brazil (Medium and Mild)
Our Brazil is nutty, sweet, low-acid, and displays exceptional bittersweet and chocolate roast tastes. It is creamy and smooth in the cup and those who enjoy a little half and half in their coffee will find this to be a favorite.

Brazil Natural Water Process Decaf (Medium and Mild)
Coffees are often decaffeinated via a chemical process which is thought to be carcinogenic. More recent processes have overcome this problem only to leave coffees completely devoid of their original flavor. The newest process, the natural water process, provides the best of both worlds, avoiding chemicals in your cup as well as rendering full flavored coffees that maintain varietal distinctions. Colombia (Medium/Dark and somewhat Bold)
Colombian is a very balanced coffee with great body and acidity. In medium to slightly darker roasts, our Colombian displays a wonderful fruity aroma and a sweetly distinctive aftertaste.

Sumatra Mandheling (Medium/Dark and very Bold)
Dry-processed Sumatran coffees are the boldest of the Indonesian coffee-growing world. Low-acid, deep, complex; it is entirely sensed in the anterior regions of the palate. Our Sumatra is known for its heavy body (thick mouth feel), and rich complex earthy flavors.

Sulawesi Toraja (Medium/Dark and Bold)
Our Sulawesi has a low-acidy with great body and that deep earthy cup profile akin to Sumatra. The coffee is sometimes known as Celebes, the former Dutch colonial name for the island.

Costa Rica (Medium/Dark and Mild)
Our Costa Rican coffee is especially well balanced with a lemony sweetness and ligh body with chocolate aftertastes.

Guatemala Antigua (Medium/Dark and more Mild than Bold)
Our Guatemala is rich in flavor, has a nutty smokiness, medium body and fine acidity.

Mi Casa Espresso Blend (Dark and Bold)
Like the La Vida Java Espresso Blend, this unique blend is also composed of three different single origins. A bold coffee yet a touch more mild than the La Vida Java Espresso Blend. As a drip brewed coffee it is full bodied and chocolaty and would be an excellent choice as a house blend.

La Vida Java Espresso Blend (Dark and Bold)
Our roaster's, blend, our preferred house blend, is comprised of three varieties of coffee. Its character is bold and smooth as a drip brewed coffee. As an espresso it is aggressive and intense and uniquely blended to keep its clarity in milk based drinks. The straight espresso drinker will find it bold and rich with an unmatched crema.

La Vida Mocha-Java (Medium/Dark and somewhat Bold)
Mocha-Java is the oldest known blend comprised of Ethiopian and Indonesian coffees. Coffee was first discovered in Ethiopia and soon cultivated in Indonesia. It was then blended to balance the distinctives of the two resulting in a superior cup. You will find it a bold coffee both chocolaty and smooth with heavy body and a pleasing finish that rises on the palate.
